Wholesale Ordering Information

ORDERING INFORMATION

We are a wholesale company that sells “to the trade” in addition to selling directly to consumers. All wholesale customers must provide their current resale certificate and tax ID to process their first order. We reserve the right to raise minimum quantities to meet product minimums. Most inventory items ship within four weeks. While we strive to have all our products in stock at all times, this is not always possible. Sizes listed are approximate and items are not necessarily shown to scale. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices

All wholesale prices are included in the price sheet.

Terms

The minimum opening order is $500. Reorders have a $100 minimum. Bulk order pricing is available upon request. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Shipments to non-mainland U.S. destinations will incur a 2% service fee. Orders containing special shipping requests will be charged a $20 service fee. Expedited orders will incur an additional $35 processing fee. Guaranteed freight rates are based on the size of the order and the final U.S. commercial destination. Ask your Sales Representative for details. For any orders under $500, actual freight fees will be charged. Freight rates are not guaranteed to residential addresses. Customer cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by Unabashed. Without such acknowledgment, the customer assumes all responsibility.

CREDIT CARD AND PROFORMA ORDERS

We do not process orders without a credit card on file or receipt of your pre-payment. Final credit card charges will not be charged until your order is scheduled to be shipped.

IMAP Policy

Anyone selling Unabashed products online must adhere to our MAP pricing. Current MAP pricing is 2.5 times our standard wholesale price. All clients selling Unabashed products online must sign and follow our Internet Dealer Terms & Conditions. Unabashed photographs can only be used after a Photo Use Form is submitted and approved. Please contact your sales representative or customer service for more information. No one is allowed to sell Unabashed products on third party sites such as Amazon or Ebay. Failure to comply can result in a termination of the agreement.

Back Orders

Although we strive to keep our products in stock at all times, it is not always possible to have a complete stock. All back orders will be shipped automatically as the product becomes available. Back orders will remain open for six months after original shipment date. Customer cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by Unabashed. Without such acknowledgment, the customer assumes all responsibility.

Shipping

Most inventory items are shipped within three weeks. We ship via USPS or common carrier, consolidating freight whenever possible. Orders requesting a drop shipment are subject to additional processing fees. Ask your Sales Representative for details.

Claims

Any claims for damages or shortages, whether visible or concealed, must be made within five (5) business days of merchandise delivery, at the consignee’s address listed on the sales order. This includes storage facilities and freight forwarders. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt to be considered. Please complete our “Claims & Damages” form with all of the requested information within 5 business days. The form can be found under the Customer Service tab on our website. In order to process claims, all boxes and packaging materials must be available for inspection. Digital photos of both the product and packaging must be provided. Submit all required information to patronservices@unabashedtrends.com.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by our claims department. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization. All items must be in their original packaging. Return Authorizations are valid for ten days. Returns that are not defective will be charged a 30% restocking fee and the purchaser assumes all freight charges. Any remaining balance will be held as a credit on customer’s account. Authorized returns that arrive at our facility damaged due to improper packaging by the customer will not receive credit.
